Funding strategy
The R. Geigy Foundation, as an independent and non-profit foundation, supports the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH).
By providing and managing long-term, strategic resources, it creates the foundation for Swiss TPH to successfully implement its mission.
The foundation specifically promotes the education of students, the development of innovative projects and ideas, and the establishment of the necessary infrastructure.
Currently, there is a particular focus on providing seed funding for new, forward-looking project ideas. Applications from outside the Swiss TPH network will only be considered in exceptional cases.

Bewerbungen ausserhalb des Swiss TPH werden nur in Ausnahmefällen berücksichtigt.

The foundation board decides on the applications received at its annual autumn meeting. Please note the deadline of October 15th.
